"Dissatisfied would be an understatement. I went with my disabled parents to purchase new furniture from multiple rooms. They don't want to give any discounts for anything. Even though the prices are outrageous. I got a very small discount for paying cash. Then come to find out they sold me a full bedroom outfit that was discontinued. The sales associate even called the owner to confirm that the pricing was correct. And I was still sold the outfit that that they didn't have. Obviously I was a little upset and all she would say is well It's not my fault. Then who's fault was it? So I requested a refund, which was difficult to get even after spending almost $6000 and getting refunded $4000 they thought it was acceptable to change the cash discount from $102 to $38. The math doesn't add up! It was supposed to be a 1% discount. All I can say is don't waste your time or money at Durocher's in Monroe, Mi"

They just donated a slightly dented, but beautiful glass top stove to Heritage Sylvania so we can continue teaching the old fashioned art of candle dipping to the school children that visit our historic village.
