"This is the best Walmart I've been to. In comparison to many states and cities I've lived in. I frequently shop here. The employees are friendly and helpful."

"Shelves were better stocked than usual, probably due to the noticeably increased staffing levels for the holidays. To an almost adequate level. Several registers were actually manned by paid staff in addition to all the checkout lanes staffed by customers. It feels like a dollar general with a lot more money behind it."

"I really appreciate the fact these associates are doing an impossible job in dealing with the after Christmas grouch crowd. The store was a bit messy, but again it was the day after Christmas. The only star I took off was for the lack of cashiers. I'm sorry, but I'm not an employee and I am sick of being watched like I'm a common criminal because you leave me no choice but to do it myself. On that note, I waited 20 minutes for a cashier and many others did as well."

"After my visit to this store tonight I made a formal complaint to Corporate regarding one of the managers. I am disabled, legally blind and on a low income. The high prices on groceries have been hitting hard, so I've been spending more time looking for sales and going through the Clearance section. I've been told by multiple cashiers that items shouldn't have been in the Clearance section, they were marked wrong, or were on the wrong shelf. So after finding multiple items I wanted that were on Clearance today I decided to find a manager to confirm their prices. I found a manager who was helpful, friendly and kind. She was a manager for the grocery shelving and her name was Grace. She came back to the Clearance section with me, saw the items I was referring to (Quaker Oatmeal, Caramel Apple trail mix, steak seasonings and multiple boxes of Keurig k ups) and scanned the items. She told me that a number of those items shouldn't have been there, but as there were whole cases of these items there and they'd obviously been put there by employees, she would give me a Clearance price on them. She explained that this was an ongoing issue with stocking employees and that they had been doing this for some time. Apparently they would just shove things in the clearance section they couldn't find a home for. She told me the new price for the items I wanted and I chose to get those items, a number of each item. She told me she would be on shift and that her walkie talkie was on if there are any issues. I thanked her and went on my way to the register. After waiting in line, getting all my items put up to be rang up, etc we came to the discounted items. The cashier was very friendly and polite, but she explained she would need to get a manager to override the original price of the items because she couldn't do it herself. The front end manager (seen in the video) says she doesn't care what I was told, or by who, that she wouldn't honor that. She says I will give you the Clearance price for the items that were marked with tags and that's it. As can be seen in my first video, there were TONS of items in the Clearance section that didn't have tags on them. I had only taken the ones I had already discussed with Grace and that was it. I then told this new manager that I would be contacting Corporate with my complaint, I asked her for her name and she just pointed at her badge. I told her I am legally blind and can't see your badge and instead of telling me her name she lifts her badge up in front of her face momentarily, then turns her back to me and walks away. I asked the cashier for her name and I believe she said it was Samantha, but I'm not positive. If others can read the badge that would be great. This manager should not be a manager. Her behavior was uncalled for, the other customers who overhead the situation said as much and my friend and I are ready to not shop at this store in the future. I will be making a formal complaint to the ACLU on Monday regarding the way I was treated as I told the manager I was legally blind and she purposely did not give me her name in a way that directly related to my disability. I told this to Corporate as well and they told me they will follow up with me."

"It’s clean, and organized. The workers are helpful. The location is not safe. Every girl/woman is AFRAID to walk in the parking lot, because of the traffickers. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT IS GOING ON. HAVE COPS PATROL THE LOT EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY. Protect!!!"
