"I love shopping at Ollie’s they always have great stuff for good prices but today I went to exchange my couch covers and Kathy at the register was extremely rude to me and yelled at me with a line full of people because I was trying to explain to her that I used a coupon for the item which I had to just pay the $3 dollar difference because she was arguing with me and I was uncomfortable. Talked to the manager after words and he was very kind. Kathy I hope moving forward you treat customers with kindness and respect so they can enjoy their shopping experience."
