"I would like to edit my initial review as to being a scheduling issue. I have scheduled service/diagnostic for my dishwasher and confirmed appointment between 12-4. by 330 pm they haven’t arrived so I called and was told no one was actually scheduled between 12-4 and they didn’t have it in their system that no one will be available any longer that day, I had just cancelled attempting to have my dishwasher repair scheduled again - I just hope there’s a more reliable way of confirming and keeping their appointment scheduling."
"I want to edit my original review. I have to say that the owner of Hiscox, Steve is an awesome guy and was SUPER apologetic and extremely helpful after a scheduling debacle kept us without a dryer for two weeks. He came and fixed the dryer himself, cleaned out the duct, and gave me some advice on how to keep it running longer and more efficiently. I am very appreciative that once he was aware of the problem, he fixed it ASAP; I also respect that he acknowledged and apologized the scheduling issue… AND now my dryer works and is so quiet!"
