People leaving negative reviews for paying for an overpriced item need to understand the benefit of getting the item prior to paying it off. "This goes out to Eric D he is one heck of an employee he went above and beyond his job to help me out in a bind. Aaron's in Valparaiso on Calumet is a outstanding store, all their employees have a strong work ethic, from the management to the delivery drivers and set up and clean up and all the way to the employees in the store especially Eric D again he took care of an issue that he did not have to but he went above and beyond his job to take care of it for me that's motivation and dedication, again if you need any furniture television anything make sure you stop into Aaron's and Valpo off of Calumet they will definitely take care of you ask for Eric D"
"They refuse to come pick up their product when they promised a date and time. The manager refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. Have to deal with corporate office now and nothing is still being done. The manager also sent me dirty text messages from his phone and corporate doesn't care."
"Been a Customer for years. If you get 1 day late they call and Harrass you! They are super aggressive acting like they don’t get paid! I owe less than 500 dollars on this item and I’ve paid off everything else that I had with them! Way to be rude to a customer! You don’t have to chase us we always pay! Seriously disappointed with how I was treated today over a payment. Instead of just saying hey I see you missed your payment you were rude and demanding about when and how!!! That’s not very good service! Do better!"
"Awful. They run your payment multiple times, hound you for next months payment. My bank fraud protection shut them off so they cannot keep doing it, and they call my family and work repeatedly for one payment! 100.00 bed payment they are showing up at my house at 1030pm, midnight!! Scaring my children! Trying to walk into my house when they don't see my truck and think I'm not home??! They are rude, condescending, especially the manager Jose!! They are awful!!"
