"I came in looking for a second opinion on a quote made by someone else - they noted that the initial “diagnosis” was off and believed it was a different issue. So I trusted them and had them fix based on their recommendation. When I got my car back the next day, unfortunately the car still had the rattle noise I was under the impression they were fixing, they didn’t they clear the codes on the dash, and my car now smells like weed. I’m hoping the work they actually did was good and needed, but who can say for sure."
