"Wow! I can't say enough great things about these guys. I called EARLY on a Saturday because my newer Expedition wouldn't heat up. I was sure I needed a new thermostat. Frank said to check the coolant levels beforehand to be sure, when he could've just had me come in and charged me. I had low coolant and after refilling, problem solved!
