"RAC- PLANWELL- The delivery people are extremely rude. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a couch. We have had it 10 days and the bottom has broke. They took it and "fixed" the isues. Brought it back and it broke again as soon as I went to sit on it. Now they are frusing to take it back. So I am stuck paying on a broken couch. I have been a RAC for 15 years. The manager is extremely rude. I have never not paid on my furniture. In fact I usually pay ahead of time and have stuff paid off within the 6 months same as cash. But this is ridiculous. They not only are selling unqualified furniture they bring back furniture that is more damaged then before it even left customers home. The picture with the Dogs was before in the same spot where the hole is. The hole was there when they returned the couch from "fixing" it. And the account is under my husband Michael Evans."

"VERY DISSAPOINTED!! We had what we thought was a pleasant experience with rent a center in Plainwell but after buying a couch for roughly $300 with no misuse, the bottom completely snapped in half within the first week of owning. The manager was very short and almost rude while we’re were buying & then we called after it broke and they said they could do nothing about it. Upon further review of the couch you can clearly see where they replaced boards underneath the couch with obviously thin and flimsy ones. In the store we were told that there were only minor cosmetic issues on the couch. We’re extremely disappointed."
