"Let me preface this poor review by stating that I usually have a great experience at the Plainwell TSC. However, not today. I came in to exchange an oxygen tank for my cutting torches. The cashier was rude, and then called a manager. Marissa (the manager) refused to exchange my tank because it wasn't a Thoroughbred brand tank. Their sign very clearly states that my tank size (#3) is exchangeable (see attached picture). She offered to "sell" me a tank for well over $300. Afterwards, the manager removed the signs, but should have honored them without the attitude. I usually spend between $500-2000/year at this location. Now I'll spend $0. *Update* I contacted the number TSC supplied below. The CSR said, "well, that's not right", and that they'd let the district manager know. Didn't offer to make it right, or do anything for me. Pretty much a waste of time letting them know."

"Super friendly staff and overall great prices. Always helpful and have been full of knowledge of the products I inquired about. They usually have good sales and quality products. They have been easy to deal with when I needed to return an item as well. My friend didn't know they had dog and cat supplies so other may not as well. Be sure to check them out."
