"Well, I love Barnaby pizza. That's a given. First time in this location. Always going to Grape Rd. Location. Which is more retro style in decor. Reminds me of the ancient times they were in Calumet City, IL. And gone now I guess ,the other locations in the Chicago area. But go, try ,enjoy!"

"LOVE THIS BARNABY'S! Lucas, the young man who took my order, was fantastic! Very respectful, and detail oriented to get the order perfect! The Manager, Michael, came out to talk and make sure our order was good! Cannot thank Michael and Lucas enough! We've been to this Twin Branch Barnaby's about 5 times and will continue to dine here, and order carryout! They truly give the BEST customer service and care about the customers. Thank you!"

"Since we had never been there, we weren't sure if we were suppose to wait to be seated, seat ourselves or what. Nobody greeted us, other customers were trying to explain to us how to order pizza, we didn't want pizza, we wanted a good sit down dinner. Not one person tried to help us so we left and won't be back !! DO BETTER"

"Pizza is good but this place needs to learn that when you make a mistake to make it right and not argue with the customer. Ordered a gluten free pizza, got home and it wasn't gluten free. See photos. Thick crust was what we received tonight and thin crust was an example of one we've ordered in the past. One unhappy customer and they just wanted to argue. Ultimately it wasn't going anywhere so I ended the call. Now bad reviews it is. Never again. Back to Bruno's it is for us. Only reason we ordered from Barnaby's was due to the gluten free option for one in our family."
