"Went in because got an email showing 2 for $40 meal deal. Went in and ordered the appetizer, create own bowl, desert. All was good and waitress was atentative. She gave the check and looked over priced for the $40(we added cheese/egg to bowls and I didn't caculate that up). I caculated it up and was $53, asked waitress and she went to check it out. Manager came back with her showing the insert and how it reads it does not say the create own bowl as extra to do. He was nice about it and he didn't lower price on check but gave a coupon for next visit. We will be going back but wanted others to know the insert is pay extra $2.50 per create own bowl and no extra charge for the other type. Be aware and ask server if not sure about what is extra charge. It is going on for month of February so go in and get the good deal."

"First time here. We ordered a plate of Sushi Taco, Poke Bowl for my hubby and Thai Red Curry for myself. Sushi Taco is really really good, recommended 10/10! However, the Thai Red Curry was too sweet and taste lot of coconut milk instead of curry - 5/10. Poke Bowl was salty and the amount of rice was less than mine, I had to share my rice with him - 4/10. Anyway, we will still be back here for Sushi Taco!"

"First time at Flat Top. Ordered a Lobster with fried rice and when it came out you could smell the burnt rice and lobster. I figured it was just partially burnt and tried eating it and was I wrong. The entire dish was burnt from top to bottom. The person sitting beside me could smell it. When I brought it up all the server she said sorry and then when I bought it up again she said she could offer me coupon lol. Why would she think that I would want a coupon to come back to place that burns my food and doesn't want to make things right. They didn't offer anything more than that."

"I have been here many many times, but since they first opened i have observed that the service has gradually become slower. The staff seems to have been unable to keep up with bussing tables or keeping the food prep area clean most likely due to an overall shortage of labor in the area, but I am disclosing what I have observed or experienced and this has affected how I rated the atmosphere low. BUT the food is fantastic and half the time I get a great sever. ALSO, the food has remained delicious and the pricing is well worth the portions and quality."

"We come here a few times a year, usually after church. If you aren't familiar with Flat Top, you can create your own bowl. You choose your protein and when your server gives you a bowl, you go up to the buffet and pick your rice and select your toppings. I usually do this in reverse because it's easier to stack the sticky rice on top of the loose fixins rather than the other way around. If you are pretty creative, you can get a lot of food in your bowl. After you select your rice and veggies, then you choose your sauce. 2-3 ladles full will give you a nice saucy dish, depending on the size of your selections. Once completed, you put it in the counter and the cooks will prepare it for you. Two of our three dishes were the create-your-own bowl. The other dish is ramen. Our server was nice and attentive."
