"DO NOT PAY NOR TIP UNTIL YOU SEE THE FINISHED PIZZA IN THE BOX! Past several orders have been burnt and tasted like charcoal. DO NOT BOTHER USING THEIR WEBSITE CONTACT METHOD AS THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE AS I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. WE TRIED THE PIZZA AND TOSSED THE ENTIRE THING IN THE GARBAGE. Customer service is nonexistent. APPARENTLY MANAGER NOR OWNER DO NOT CARE! Sad as up until last few orders it was wonderful.. We were a regular customer not ever returning again.. SAD!"

TRIED TO MAKE COMPLAINT, EMPLOYEES PRETENDING TO BE MANAGMENT, PROFANITY USED AGAINST ME AFTER COMPLAINT. OWNER RELUCTANT TO RESOLVE. FOODS NOT BAD. WATCH YOU STATMENT FOR OVER CHARGES. January 28, 2024. I placed an order at 5:03 PM. Simply for a cheese pizza. I was told an estimated 45 min to pick up. I arrived at approximately 5:40 pm. I paid for the pizza and even tipped, before being told there was 5 min remaining. I returned to my vehicle with my son and waited approximately 10 min before walking inside again. When I asked about my order, the same women who communicated the 5 min wait look confused. She asked the cooks before telling me they had never put the pizza in the oven. At that point I asked for a return, as I exited, the unprofessional employee at the register with the horrible uninviting edge, felt the need to add an inflammatory comment, telling me "You have a GREAT day.!" I called in and asked to speak with a manager, and was told there was none on duty. I explained id like to make a complaint and she informed me they were making it and I could have waited, I just need to ask. I explained its not on the guest to make that effort, and as an employee that fell directly under her job responsibilities. There was no apology or explanation, just a rude attitude for calling them on their mistake. I informed the employee with these lack of customer service skills, she would stay entry level at that company forever. After being hung up on, I called back. The same employee answered and passed it to the other female employee on staff. She pretended to be a manager. When I asked for her name she replied "oh your the guy being an as***** a minute ago, do not call back" and hung-up. I returned to the store to speak with the manager and what would you know, the OWNER WAS THERE. I saw the employee telling the manager I had been rude and told her she would not amount to anything, which was a lie to cover her actions. I had simply told her she had no customer service skills and was attempting to exaggerate it, to distance herself from her mistakes. The owner did hear me out, although he commented that "I doubt there was any profanity". To me, why not conduct an impartial investigation and get the facts, not assume either of our stories. I just wanted pizza. As for it being a Sunday night at 6, I just wanted the pizza I had been promised and paid for. After all, it was simply a cheese. Mistakes happen. it was the service. Could have easily been resolved. Look at the reviews, under filters change it from top comments to 'newest' reviews. You will see the trend over over pricing, or deliberately over charging guests. I speculate now the two female employees do this often, working together, and the owner genuinely doesn't have an idea of how the front end issues are resolved, or lack there of. Stick to the chains. Wont be back."
"We got delivery and our food was still super hot and fresh. The breadsticks were AMAZING. The pizza was great and good price as well."
"First of all they charged more than what is on their menu or what they advertise on their store. Secondly once I made the payment she said you have to stay longer as we just turn the oven on. Also the pizza was a disaster. It was very undercooked, and I put the whole thing in garbage ($27 for a 3 topping pizza! And yes the sign on the window says 1 topping for $14 and each extra is $2.5 so she just increased the prices! I hope the garbage likes their pizza)"
"Great place for lunch! Stellar pizza by the slice and several varieties to choose from. Best time to get there is around 1120am-ish as they are all out of the oven by then and fresh and hot!"
