"Good experience, they went above and beyond for us. We'll be using them again in the future. Edit: when they went above and beyond, It caused an issue. We brought the vehicle back and asked them to check their work. The battery is behind the front driver tire so it's not easy to get to. They assured us all connections were tight because that's what I thought the problem was. Continued having electrical problems. Changed out alternator, still nothing. Finally I took the tire off myself to find that the negative battery terminal wasn't connected at all, just touching it. It took me 6 hours to do that alternator so I guess I'm leaving it in there for no reason(maybe?). I'm still very happy with the other work they did but this has caused a lot of problems and money over the last month."
"Not what they used to be. Changing places after 45 years. Have been waiting for 7 months to get my truck fixed and just found out they haven't even submitted the photos and estimate. Office help seems to slack. I called several times and they lack follow up. Have heard the same from others when I tell them my experience."
