"Atmosphere is typical fast food restaurant but they never get my order right and sometimes fries were stale. Costs went up but meals stayed same size. Lines are not necessarily quick."
"The McDonald's in Ludington Michigan is the BEST McDonald's EVER! The food (breakfast ) was prepared perfectly! The service was absolutely outstanding....they were so polite and my food was served hot and relatively quick. They were very customer focused....I was very impressed and I have been to 100's of McDonald's all over the Country. Thank you!....the Staff at this location needs to be commended on their great customer service!!"
"I’ve never seen anything more nasty in my life. Food, trash, and order number signs still on every table. Couldn’t get service at front desk along with others until I basically was shouting at the people in the kitchen so I had to use the kiosk and even had problems with that. Smoothie was only half full, and when I asked about it manager told me that’s how much the machine fills it which I know is false. Garbage was also overflowing out of the garbage cans outside to where the trash was just laying on the parking lot. I don’t recommend eating here. I’ll just stick with Burger King or Wendy’s if this is the quality I’m going to receive. Doesn’t even deserve a one star!"
"This is a clean, updated and remodeled McDonald’s with a PLAYPLACE (for you parents with kids!). The building is modern and attractive. The bathrooms were clean so that’s a plus! The kids play area was also clean and play equipment looked new. Kind of interesting, the order lobby area has self-serve ordering kiosks. Don’t worry, you can also order at the counter if you’d like. But the kiosks let you customize your order like you always could, pay, and pick up at counter a short time later."
