"I usually don't put down less than 3 stars in most situations in hopes that the business will fix the issue without ruining the review streak. I bought the Deluxe Splash and there wasn't a single employee there to scrub the sides of my vehicle like they usually do. I had alot of salt and grime on the side of my vehicle that I needed scrubbed off. My vehicle is for business and needs to look as clean as it possibly can even in the wintertime. I figured since it's open 24 hours that somebody would have been there. It was close to 8am. I would have bought the basic wash instead if I had known there were no employees. This wasn't the main issue. The main issue was that the dryer timer glitched out and shaved 10 seconds off the dry time. Once it hit 5 seconds, the dryer stopped and the garage door literally came down on top of my car. It did immediately go back up but it came down pretty hard. There is no damage to my vehicle. I want this to be known just in case it happens to someone who may be a bit more upset. This is the location across the street from the South End Party Store."

"Went for the dog wash and had a very mixed experience. Place was clean and equipment was nice but none of the shampoo dispensers worked. Of course I'd already put in my money and there's no refund so I was stuck. Thankfully my husband was able to flag down an employee who offered a bottle of shampoo but by then I was nearly out of time (7 minutes for $5) and out of cash. It was nice to have a dryer but it was so slow we left with a wet dog. I'd go back for the raised tub because it definitely saved my back, but I'd make sure to take my own shampoo and towel"

"This automatic wash is a joke. Paid for the best wash they offer. The jets for the soap and wax only work on the right half of the car. On the final rinse the rear of my car did not get rinsed leaving soap everywhere. Very upset. Waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE"
