"I was recently on vacation and my alternator went out. I stopped in at the Cheboygan Auto Zone and the store manager Conrad helped me out. He confirmed I had a bad alternator. Being several hundred miles from Grand Rapids and it being a weekend I figured I would have to stay until Monday and hope to get it fixed from a mechanic. Conrad went above and beyond and helped me replace my alternator right at Auto Zone. The customer service I received that day was amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much Conrad!
