"This was the best new vehicle purchase in my life. The staff were all working together to make for a seamless transition from my trade in, to a 2023 Tacoma. Sally was skilled in showing me how to utilize many of the electronic features that were not on my previous vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend dealing with Sally and Fernelius for an excellent overall customer experience. Update 12 September 2023-Toyota products aren't built with the quality they had in years past. The drive train binds at speeds between 45 and 55 and creates an obnoxious shuddering, which I am told by the service department is supposedly normal. Overall, I am pleased with the sales portion of my purchase, but the product I bought has left me considering selling it and buying a better quality product. Total buyers remorse. 12-26-2023 Update: It seems as if they've finally corrected the mechanical problems on my Tacoma. It seems to be driving well and it shows that sometimes it takes a while to get things dialed in as they should be. Thank you Aaron for your help!"

They were very professional. 6 months later, I take my second Jeep to several locations. Again, Fernelius gave me a heck of a better deal. So I sold them that Jeep. I then decided to purchase a GR86. "I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad from Fernelius, Curt Gardner was my Salesperson for this truck purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of the sales process at Fernelius, especially with Curt. He was very good about communication through the entire process, he helped me with the ordering process, made sure to keep me up to date when the truck was being built, shipped, arriving, etc. He helped explain all the terms and what everything meant, gave me a realistic timeline (that Toyota ended up beating, always great to get something early!) The truck was priced at the MSRP which Toyota advertised and had no dealer markups or "market adjustments" which was extremely appreciated and alone should earn them your business! Curt also did a great job of walking me through the features of my truck, everything it can do, and letting me know a few of the quirks to keep an eye out for to avoid any issues! There was no annoying pushing of add-ons, extra additions, or anything else which wasn't really essential to the purchase of the vehicle. Lee Ann was also very helpful in financing for getting me financing on this vehicle and helping to break down warranty options etc. All in all the process was extremely smooth, well done, and made it feel stress free. All in all I am happy to give Fernelius Toyota a 5/5 Star review, especially with the customer service I received from Curt!"
