"On our way home from a camping trip my car crapped out. Leaving my wife, 2 kids and I stuck on the side of I-75 about 15 minutes south of Mackinaw City at 5pm. The best that I can get from roadside assistance is a tow to a repair shop. I call up Nelson's Auto Clinic and explain the situation. Even though they normally close at 6pm, I was assured that they'd be able to take a look at my car and see what they could do to get my family and I back on the road. We received a warm welcome, and as they were working on the car, they recommended us several places to eat and take the kids to downtown while we waited. Luckily the car did not need any major work and they were able to get us back on the road in 2 hours! I surely believed that we were going to be stuck in Cheboygan for the night before I could get someone to look at the car in the morning. It's incredibly heartwarming to encounter a team of professionals such as this who do not hesitate to go out of their way to help others. My family and I are forever Grateful"
