"Terrible Customer Service at Michael Kors Store I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Michael Kors store located at 4064 Baldwin Rd Suite 226, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. I purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes from another Michael Kors outlet location, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size. When I called the store to inquire about an exchange, I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional clerk. During my first call, the clerk seemed somewhat helpful, but as soon as they realized that I needed to change the shoe size, their attitude took a sharp turn for the worse. They became dismissive and uncooperative. What shocked me the most was that after this initial call, they outright refused to answer any of my subsequent calls. This level of customer service is not what I expected from a brand like Michael Kors. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a store that prides itself on luxury and quality. I hope Michael Kors takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure a better shopping experience for everyone."

"Great experience shopping for an early Birthday present. Logan made the experience even more delightful politely stepping in to help when needed, without providing any pressure or hovering during my shopping experience. The store was well stocked, nicely lite and very clean without to much clutter. There were lots of selection and choices. When I came back a second time to look, Logan greeted me with a wonderful smile and welcoming back. When I was deciding the purse I wanted, he was there to help with my questions and show me options to go with my selection. It was an overall great and easy shopping experience. I highly recommend if going to Micheal Khors at the outlet mall in Arburn Mills, MI to look for Logan. Expert sales service, appreciated."

"I LOVE Michael Kors… but I went to this one today and oh my god. I immediately wanted to leave. FOUR sales people jumped on me in less than two minutes asking if I needed help and telling me about the bundle. It was extremely overwhelming. I was not able to look around and shop because sales people were EVERYWHERE. I understand they have a job to do and commission is part of it, but they need to be better about giving customers room to breathe. I had fully intended on buying at least a purse today, but I left empty handed because there were just too many sales people hounding me. Great product tho!"

"The Michael Kors outlet store was a pleasant experience. The store was kind of on the small side but the employees were very nice and helpful once they actually acknowledged me. I was in the store for 4 whole minutes before anyone bothered to say anything to me. It personally didn't affect me as it gave me time to look around unbothered but as a customer service manager myself, that is unacceptable. They had a selection of purses, bags. luggage, wallets, masks, coats and other items to choose from. My wife was very happy with the luggage set I got for her. I'll be coming back."

"I went there to pick up a watch for my wife. I didn't like the customer service much as the employees didn't really entertain me much maybe thinking I won't be buying anything. However, I bought the watch within 5 minutes and my wife loved it. Overall less Choice, but good one in the end. Didn't get a chance to checkout the rest of the store though."
