"First I was a customer then I worked there and oh lord let me tell you its crazy. Customer service was terrible befor I worked there, their was really no one to ever help you and this was like 2 weeks befor I started working there. Plus I have a friend that works here and she's a minor she works up to 6 hours a shift and by law she is required a 30 minute brake that they do not let her have. The dresses are so cheep and frabic is so thin it's crazy. I found a dress on another website for 8 dollars the same exact dress and at that store I paid 36 dollars and that's with 40% off so just guess the original price. I worked at Windsor for 3 days and let me tell you it was terrible. Dress code no real shoes unless it's off-band or heels no sports wear shoes or clothing at all. I asked if I could have a exception to this rule because I have a bad foot problem with heels and I was told if I asked I would have been let go of. Then my 3 days of working I was not trained one bit I had to watch the other girls work to understand what to do. I was overwork and half of the time the mangers where in the back on their phones doing nothing. I quit because while cleaning the dressing rooms I found a thing and I touched it with my hands and I told one of the mangers and she told me to just clean it up. Also the employees talked bad so so bad about each other its crazy I felt bad for the other employees that they where talking about that's how bad it was. This store is just bad and so over rated. And I'm not the only person that quit it was so bad. This store is toxic and not a good store to shop at as well."

"Huge thank you to Aisha and Des for providing excellent customer service for my mother and me while I got a last minute dress. I was so stressed out, but Aisha was so cool and understanding and helped me find the perfect dress. When we checked out, I could tell things were stretched pretty thin, but Des was so kind and patient and really took the time to make us feel welcome. Thanks guys!"

"WOW! Worst customer service I’ve had possibly ever! Both workers were so rude. Jourdan, and I didn’t catch the other girls name. I asked Jourdan “excuse me could you get this down for me please?” She looks at me doesn’t answer and walks slowly to get the tool to get the dress. She stands in front of it and doesn’t say a word. What a weird human. She finally says what size? I asked for two sizes and she gets them down with the tool and points the dresses at me NOT SAYING A WORD. I get the dresses and instead of her asking me, uhh hmm let me think IF I WANT TO TRY THEM ON, she walks away. I go find an empty dressing room on my own and decide to get it on my own. I wanted to get a pair of shoes and decided not to because I didn’t DARE want to ask her for anything. Her face the entire time looked like she hated anyone and everyone who even looked in the same direction as her. OH! Unless it was the one other employee who was equally as rude. They smiled at each other though. When I checked out they had some sort of inside joke (probably about me, a normal customer) When she handed me my stuff she didn’t say thank you or say ANYTHING. I don’t need a full conversation or anything, but the faces they would just make at customers were insane, like they were so mad anyone would be there. Idk who they think they are having an attitude like that and working with customers. You won’t ever catch me at that store again. If you don’t want to work there, find a new job!!"

"i went shopping here yesterday to buy dresses for me & my mom for her wedding. i waited at the dressing room for an employee to help me out for about 10min while 3 different workers dismissed me as they walked past me (didn't think too much of it at first; maybe it wasn't their section to work) & this one employee helped the girl who was waiting in line behind me- yet still dismissed me & then i watched this same employee walk in a dressing room & try on clothes to show her coworkers- still dismissing the fact that i was still there, waiting. so i took it upon myself to just walk right in & try on my dresses. before checking out, we looked at the jewelry they had in front of the registers & then we stood in line because i didn't wanna walk up to any register in case it was closed etc. one of the girls who dismissed me stood in front of a register then said to me, 'u ready or what?'. i never had an issue with her until that moment. but i refused to give her an attitude back because maybe she had a bad day? i used to work in customer service so i know how bad customers can get but there was no reason for her to lash out on me when i wasn't the one who made her upset. i didn't have a problem with any other employee but that one girl who cashed me out. but i hope she has a better day"

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had them hold a dress for us, upon arrival my daughter went to the desk. The girl said in the closet, like she’s supposed to know what that means. There were closets behind the registers, I would not assume that’s for customers to go in. Next I asked another employee if she knew where I could find the same dress but in a different color. She said “I have no idea, you need to look for it. There’s green here, here, here, here”. Thanks for very helpful customer service. The same employee asked if we were interested in another dress and we said no thank you, she said yea whatever. I’m sorry but if you can’t handle working with the public in customer service, then don’t. If working homecoming or prom season is too much for you, then working at Windsor is not the job for you. I will never go back to this location again! We drove an hour away just to come and get treated this way, never again! Windsor check your employees attitudes!!!"
