"Called this store initially with a question to see if we can do returns in store for online purchases from UGG online initially we were told we can bring the shoes and they can give us a store credit to basically give us the size or show we wanted on the spot when we get there the heavy set white and black women immediately had attitudes and was told that that is not the company policy and all the employees know that and the only thing they can do is submit the return for us but no credits or exchange completely dismissed that fact that we were told incorrectly by another employee at this location the heavy black women rolled her eyes and repeated herself after I asked is there a way to figure out who gave us this info she brushed me off and said no we can’t do any of that and then repeated the “policy” over again after the return my bf did not get any type of receipt showing the transaction so he then called Ugg to make sure everything was done correctly she then mumbled under her breath and said you act like I don’t know how to do my job well clearly SOMEBODY in this b!t$h don’t since we were getting incorrect information prior to us coming in the store of course I’m going to make sure everything is done correctly before leaving she then started saying that we can leave her reviews and surveys about her horrible customer service “the heavy set white women is supposed to be the store manager” clearly the folks over there have not done anything to address these issues I see a lot of similar reviews better off just shopping online or trying on sizes at macys store to ensure you have the right size also advised us to leave the store which we didn’t until we wanted to stated we were not a customer at their store because we only did a return and then kept yelling have a good day just trying to be funny but when jobs don’t pay well I guess this is how workers present their companies do better all around management owners and employees smdh"

"I’ve been to this store twice and honestly, the larger black women and the larger white women are extremely rude and both times I was with my daughter, or I would have totally matched the same energy, my thing is get a different job if you’re that unhappy and maybe get better Uggs if your weight is too heavy on your feet seriously. I will never go to this store ever again because of them when people are spending money and time, and you’re paid to assist them do it with a positive attitude or get a different job. I understand everyone has days, but judging by the reviews they have them everyday idk if they are hungry or uncomfortable but seriously they are going to come across the wrong person one day. Uggs is to big of a company to hire big miserable people."
