DASCO Home Medical Equipment - St. Joseph

"I recently went to Dasco, (St. Joseph) to pick up supplies for my CPAP machine. As always Rhonda was most helpful, and I had new supplies in an instant. After I got home I discovered I might have a better fit with a different size, so the following day I returned for an exchange. She was very busy but very helpful and I was on my way in no time. "Spectacular service! Began Hospice on Friday and they ordered a bed, lift chair, and bedside commode. I never expected to get it so quickly. Same day, Tony from Dasco came out and got right to work setting up! I was scrambling to get the old bed out of the way, get the dogs outside, and make sure nothing was in his way. He was so patient, helpful, pleasant, and kind. He setup everything by himself and made it look effortless. I even forgot to prop the screen door for him and felt terrible but he just laughed it off. Truly a kind soul worth keeping on the team here. I think he understands how important kindness is in the circumstances that he delivers to. Thank you Tony."

"Eric originally brought the oxygen equipment to the home. He was very professional, reassuring, and kind. He answered all our questions. I went in to talk to Rhonda a few days later to put a credit card on file. I had a few other questions and she not only answered them, but went above and beyond to assist me by making phone calls to find what I needed. Brian delivered some small oxygen tanks a few days later and there was a connector on the machine that had broken. He searched his van and found the part and replaced it quickly. They all asked me multiple times what else they could do for me. They all made me feel like I was their only customer and their time was dedicated to my needs. They were all very reassuring in a stressful situation."
