"The studio is visually great and people were very nice but the actual quality of pedicure (& manicure) was not good…. My feet hurt for days after (see photo). Wouldn’t necessarily recommend!"

"It was my first time ever getting gel-x nails. Keyshia was my nail tech and she was very informative and answered any questions I had. She did an amazing job and I got the length and shape I wanted. Highly recommend"

"I got Apres Gel X nails . I didn’t like the design I’m use to Gelx techs doing more modern styles and being able to trust them to do a contemporary design. I did state this in the review they requested but they did nothing. But then days later my nail just fell off. I don’t work in water so it doesn’t make sense. I’m very disappointed and down right sad . The tech was nice but this is not acceptable. This procedure should last 3 to 4 weeks .. google it if you’re not familiar . But mine lasted literally less than a week. I’m so broken hearted by this service. I only gave a 2 because I like the modern look to the place I’m use to this and thought they would be on point but for me it just didn’t work out. I would love a refund but they never reached out to me like the review they requested said and that is why I’m writing here. So disappointing . Every one knows a girl who likes nails gets really sad when she isn’t happy with her nails . And the procedure cost me 100 plus bucks . Not worth it and I don’t mind spending to feel nice and put together. So sad"

"Let me start by sharing that the experience is just want I was looking for (clean, friendly, professional, not too crowded and great prices). It was easy to book online and I even used the chat feature because I was unsure about a few options. I would advise that guests park either in the front for meter parking or use the lot located in the back. Right now the fee is $6.00 for the parking lot fee. The pedicure lasted about an hour and I didn't have to wait long once I checked in. As a first time client. I'm definitely returning. Update. I've enjoyed every appointment (3 total). My last appointment was with a new technician and when I called to cancel due to a work conflict, I was scheduled with a different technician. Little disappointing."

"This is the first time I’ve been to The TEN Nail Bar and I loved it! I have every intention of going back (and I’ll come back to this rating to share if my experience is ever different). I got the TENth Dimension Manicure with Serena B. and I am very pleased. She is skilled and very kind…best of both worlds! My sister got the same service with Ashley T. and is also very happy with it! Ashley was more on the quiet side, which my sister brought up right away because that’s exactly what she prefers :) Who knows though, she could’ve just read her client well :) To sum it up, I plan on going back!"
