"My appointment was at 1 I was getting frontal. I’ve waited for 2 hrs for them to even get started on my head. My head got braided around 3 and then I had to wait another 2 hrs. I didn’t leave the shop till 7. I was very impatient because I had things to do today. I’m very unhappy with my service."
"I made an appointment with Shakeris Monia. I found her advertising on FB after texting I set an appointment for July 1st at 10am. I got there at 9:51am I saw it was dark inside but no big deal since I was early. I got out of my car at 10:00 the door was locked still no lights inside. I then called her received no answer. I then text her I got no reply. I sat in my car waiting. About 10:10 I saw a lady open the door using her key. I was unsure if this was Shakeris or not but she never long story short I never got so much as a "Sorry"."
