"I LOVED MY NAILS! Right away from walking in, the staff greets you and is so professional. They definitely make sure to provide high quality service and high quality nails. Breanna gave me a pedicure and it turned absolutely gorgeous. Though being a new nail tech, she gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten. You could tell the staff train all their employees to provide excellent service. I will be recommending this place to all my friends!"
"Beautiful clean place with gentle workers. Very satisfied with their work. Sierra was very sweet. Just don’t make the mistake of not contacting them first when one of your bridesmaids “didn’t show up” for their appointment because of Covid. Even if you have a million other things to worry about because it is the weekend of your wedding, MAKE POLISHED YOUR FIRST PRIORITY. Otherwise you might pay $75 more for a service no was able to receive (and they won’t bat an eye when they surprise you with the total. Or display any remorse over your surprise). Reading policies two months in advance isn’t good enough. Overall, however, great work. I recommend this place, just make sure you cross all your Ts and dot your Is 24 hours in advance. Then it’ll be a great experience from beginning to end!"
"I have been coming to Polished Lounge for over a year now. I am someone who likes to get my nails done every two weeks or so.. Every place I went to before coming to Polished always presented an issue. It was a struggle... Issues with colors, designs, professionalism, appointments and more. Polished makes you feel appreciated. All of the girls that work there are welcoming, accommodating and are all very talented at their craft. I appreciate feeling comfortable every time I go. They are the BEST in my opinion. I drive from Troy to come here.. because they are just that good. I added a few of my designs over the last year. If you were questioning checking them out I hope this review gives you the push to try :)"
