"Horrible experience my appointment was scheduled for 12 PM on a Friday they didn't start on my head until 1:38 PM. The staff is not open to new clients the first thing they said was oh she never been here before but I have just had a different stylist which was D Sparks. he is absolutely amazing and I am upset that he has relocated. I'm happy for him, he needed to get out that shop because his personality is way too nice to keep the company that is in that shop. I got a sew in by a stylist name Regina she was very rude I didn't take well to her personality. my Sew in that she Did is unraveling after one week. I called and told her and she had nothing to say about this she also didn't really seem to concerned about the hair style I payed for. I will never spend my money again here, Regina you come off as a horrible person if someone don't know you. Last time I will ever come to this establishment."
