"I went here the day before my hair appointment to get some hair for a quick weave. I've never had any problems here until now. The lady sold me some strawberry blonde human hair. Two packs. I go get my hair done the next morning. The stylist takes the hair out the pack and clearly to can tell someone had already opened the bag and cut the hair. With two packs together it looked like one bundle. Then we did the best check and the hair shriveled up so quickly and burned. Needless to day we didn't use the hair. I left my appointment went back to the store and explained to them that they sold me synthetic hair. She looked and the burnt hair, looked me dead in my eyes and said it's human hair nothing we can do. I faithfully went to this store for the last five years. Never again! Don't waste your time or money at this ghetto place"
