"Where can I start? Madison felt like a friend right from the beginning. This was my first facial. She made me feel so comfortable right away. Even though I had booked a basic facial, she noticed I needed help with my tense jaw and added in techniques not normally done for that facial. She was invested in my experience and truly catered to what I needed.
