"Walked in to buy one, singular item and up to the register I went. As I walked up, there were two people in front of me. The gentleman checked out and went on his way. The 2nd lady in line had a whole cart full of assorted candy from the clearance section. I didn't expect her to let me go in front of her with my one item, simply because we no longer live in that world. However the lady cashier, was extremely wrong and rude making statements like, "it's his own fault" and after the woman apologized, I said it's fine, no problems at all. Only to listen to the cashier make the comment, "they always say that!. And in return, I said, I could say something else if you want... maybe they should steer clear of hiring cranky, rude employees. And likewise, I'll no longer go to the Walgreens in Chums."

"The male pharmacist is terrible at his job and customer service PERIOD. Initially, he asked how he could help? When I began to answer, he stated there were other people waiting. After waiting for 24 minutes, he then hung up. I called back to at least attempt to ASK the question. Again, he hung up without saying a word. I called back twice more & instead of saying anything, very rudely just placed me on hold. I had ONE question he could have answered very quickly had he just listened. I work for many physicians and needed ONE ANSWER. I don't understand how your job is so terrible that you act this way."

"Every single time I need medications for my daughter from here, they make you wait hours or are out. When working, I push people away from this location because the staff are lazy and slow. It's too bad since a few years ago they had amazing smart and caring staff that always went the extra mile. If my daughter was not special needs I would choose any pharmacy over this one due to the non-stop issues. Also, never use this pharmacy for insulin. When it's time for a refill, they always have to order, so you run close to out every single month! Horrible pharmacy with horrible uncaring staff."

"I lost my insurance and called to have my prescription refilled, got a text saying it was ready and it would be $467 dollars. So I called and said that’s what it is for cash pay. The lady was so rude and said they took coupons and so I found one but it was still $48 for a 30. I called meijer and found out I could get it for $19 for 90 day. When I told Walgreens they said fine then switch it. So I did and will never be back. Horrible customer service and price gouging"
