"I cannot reiterate this enough... DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! I had THE WORST experience here. I have never left a bad review in my life, but after 5 days of trying to get the salon owner to hear me out and consider a refund, I feel like this is my only option and I would hate to see the same thing happen to someone else. I went in with long, healthy hair that I have spent over 4 years growing out and asked the stylist to cut long layers and trim off the dead ends, I have regular trims so I knew there would only be an inch or two to trim. The stylist (Kynzie) showed me my ends and held up a piece that looked to be about 2 inches or so and we agreed that would be a good trim, this was at the very beginning of my appointment. The stylist dyed my long hair and then proceeded to cut off about 6 inches of length, charging me for the extra dye that was needed for the hair that she cut off. She did not check with me once throughout the cutting process about the length. I received a blunt cut, with no layers, and I had lost half of my hair's total length. I was devastated and hoping that the salon owner would understand and be accommodating. I left a voicemail and emailed the owner, explaining everything and providing photos of my hair before and after, as well as the reference photos that were shown to the stylist (which looked closer to the hair I had when I walked in than it did when I left). The salon owner was rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. She never followed through on her promise to give me a call, and rather had the receptionist call and explain that they didn't have a refund policy."

I am so thankful I did and stepped out of my comfort zone to give another salon a try… the receptionist staff was stellar from fort phone to greeting me as I walked in. And then my stylist … Gloria - what a delight ! She took time to consult with me prior to beginning my appointment to identify my hair goal and to make sure she knew where I wanted to go with my hair. And then she did it ! My hair came out perfect. Gloria made me feel welcome and special and transformed my hair to a much better look than when I walked in. I highly recommend booking Gloria for your hair needs. And extra bonus - her positive upbeat personality will put a big smile on your face. Can’t wait until next time in Gloria’s chair."
