"I stopped at rite aid for some last minute medicine cabinet necessities I had forgotten 10mins earlier at meijer, while looking for my items i noticed a product on the shelf that I had earlier wanted to purchase at meijer but was unable to due to it being out of stock. When picking up this product I noticed a major difference, this product was $21.99 where as at meijer it was $12.49. Initially I was just annoyed but after some thought, I think of how greedy this company seems to be. I researched all other stores who might carry this product; ie: target, walmart, walgreens, meijer and all of them have the same price with maybe a fee cents in difference at each location. Rite aid has a whooping $9.50 difference, now when people are already struggling with the increase in prices everywhere now one company is trying to take advantage. Today for me it’s was a twin pack of vicks vapor rub inhalers, what other products are they price gouging?"

"I was treated so poorly by the pharmacy staff there . Two older or middle woman who messed up my prescription wouldn’t help me . I’ve never written a bad review but they treated me like dirt .I’ve heard others say the same about one of these women ."

"I came in for a prescription 7/11/2023 the woman behind the counter was extremely rude. No smile, seemed very angry. This is not the first time I have had to deal with her and it was the same the other times as well. I didn't get her name, but she is a larger woman and was wearing a blue shirt. I have never complained before , but she is always so rude and angry. Maybe she shouldn't be be dealing with the public."

"There is simply no excuse for this store to be this filthy. The bathrooms are an abomination. There is no chance that the sinks have been cleaned in many days there is toilet paper dirt and feces everywhere. Truly revolting. The shelves are half stocked. I realize that there is a shortage of workers. Then perhaps at some point you leave the drive-thru pharmacy open and you close the store."
