"There was no customer service whatsoever here. I recently came here to look for some jewelry and I noticed I was the only customer in the shop on a Friday afternoon. I was browsing the jewelry locked in their cases and not one associate greeted me or asked if I needed help. In fact, I believe there was only one associate in the store at the time, and she ignored me. Instead of asking If I needed help or even saying HELLO, she walked right passed me and proceeded to work in a corner. I was hoping to buy some jewelry and ask questions about a service they offer, but the attitude of the associate here left a nasty taste in my mouth and I immediately left. As someone who's worked in retail/CS for 10+ years, I was baffled how I was treated, and how this young girl blatantly ignored me. This young girl needs extensive training on customer service, otherwise she should find a job that doesn't face customers. This establishment won't get a dime from me."

"A little bit crowded in layout. The layout contrast was a little bit off, could improve... as even with a few customers in store it was a bit overwhelming for the senses. I did buy a hair band here for a great price. They carry at this time, some pretty fun and quirky merchandise, among some more mature items. Hello party accesories! I think you can buy something for you, and a friend, or an event, pretty easily here. Overall a good store, just almost fell into a couple of stands, not because they were too close, but as the color and contrast tripped me up a little bit making it a little tough to gaugue my distance from the one behind me. Pretty simple for a thinmer person to navigate, could/would be tricky for a thicker individual. I am on the thin side. Unlike a kids store in the mall with a bunch of color and stuff everywhere... This was somehow a little more overwhelming, due to the layout of merch. I was glad to make my purchase and get out, doing just one lap around the store. The staff was friendly as well."

"great customer service, I'm basically a regular here and the workers always have smiles on and greet everyone friendly! I came in the other day and a Karen was in line in front of me, but the cashier (one with the blue hair I believe) handled her so well, and even after the Karen left the worker was still friendly and uplifting!"

"So many shiny things to look at in this store that it's a bit overwhelming. There were some very nice items and some really cheap-y items and some really gaudy items. Their merchandise runs the gamut here. The clerks were not pushy which is really nice, as a matter of fact, the ignored me which isn't so nice. I'm not sure I'll go back there."

"Had a bad experience at the Grandville location, when an associate told me I could not return merchandise (with the receipt, purchased the previous day) because it was on sale. When I came to the Woodland location, I was helped by the assistant manager (didn’t get her name) and had no issue returning the products. I really appreciated her help & she was super sweet. Will be back to this location vs. others!"
