They didn’t have any openings today anyways but Sam went above and beyond to explain everything to us and help make our daughter comfortable. We shopped around and Sam’s customer service was outstanding! Can’t wait to come back when we’re ready for ear piercing!"
"Got over charged for ear piercing was told $25 then charged $37 each for two kids. Told I had to come back at a different time for the 3rd kid and realized they charge more if you don't have an appointment. Then still got overcharged for that piercing even though we scheduled a time"
"Wanted to get my daughters ears pierced. After waiting in line for like 20 min for the woman to finish up the current piercing, she said "ill be right with you to do her piercing," we were then informed by someone else that we can't be seen for another hour. It was 2pm and they had a 2:30 appt and wanted us to come back at 3pm. I said if each takes a half hour then why can we do it now since its 2pm? She said no. Walk ins are selective apparently. There's no structure. I get that they're probably short staffed, but communication goes a long way."
