"I should have done some research before purchasing. I know nothing about jewelry. Just wanted a new rope chain. Asked the employee, she said what i was buying was sterling silver. When i got home, it only took 2 minutes of reading to realize it was not. No markings and sticks to a magnet.figure its either plated or stainless steel but paid about the same as a real sterling silver one would cost. Pretty convenient that there is no refunds or exchanges. Should have know better than to trust a mall kiosk for an uneducated impulse buy."

"I go to this place often,but lately there's been issues. The one girl really just wanted to sell me something rather than give advice. I will say though I haven't seen her anymore,so she may be gone. The next issue I had was no one could ring in my gift certificate. The girl called her boss and what not 6 times in front of me and I ended up waiting for an hour around the mall to get a response,but no one called back. It was an extremely annoying situation especially with limited sale days and the stuff I wanted was the last ones so I'm sure someone else got them by now. I used to come here all the time,now it's like the quality of service has gone down. It's not wait it used to be and that's not necessarily in a good way."
