"I have been going here as long as I can remember and have never had this sort of issue. My youngest son is Autistic and even as a toddler they could handle him. He never has much issue getting his hair cut but today for some reason he was scared that it was going to hurt but I convinced him to do it. Right away before I even have him seated the stylist Dawn shows nothing but annoyance. I ignore it and we get him seated and he starts crying when the clippers turn on and I am trying to reassure him ( because she isn't doing ANYTHING ) she starts huffing and looking over to the other stylist for some reason over and over. I calm him down a bit and once the clippers touch him he screams which I stop right away but she huffs again saying she won't be able to cut his hair if he does that. Now I may not be a stylist but I have seen ALOT of kids get haircuts some good some bad, I have seen kids move and arch their back to avoid it and they still get their haircuts. My son was crying which I was working to stop but he stayed still and the haircut was VERY possible still. she continued and got some of the hair cut and he started crying once she buzzed near his ears because she wasn't gentle in the slightest she was rushing to get it done and kept huffing. I got to the point where I COULD NOT stand this woman any longer so I pulled my son out and I would just fix it when I get home, Dawn struggled to BUZZ a crying child's hair, it was only a buzz cut, that is pathetic and ridiculous. I ended up paying $20! + a tip! for an unfinished haircut... I will NEVER return as long as this woman is employed there it was EXTREMELY unprofessional, unfriendly and nothing you would want in a person who works with the public. If you have kids do not take them here..."
