Our phone conversation was amazing she was very understanding of what I needed to get done. I needed my hair flar ironed with a trimming of my ends. I arrived 15 minutes early, and she was ready for me. She put that white cape on. I could immediately see my end were in bad shape. She did a thorough investigation of my hair, scalp, and ends. She went over the plan she had for my hair and explained everything clearly to where I understood what was going to happen. From that first cut, I knew I was in good hands. She didn't flat iron me first like some stylist I have gone to before. She was able to assess my hair in it natural state and cut what she needed to cut.
