"Yep, so I just left today 2/24/24 and lady messed up my eyebrows! Extremely noticeable and didn't even own up to it, kept making excusing like I haven't had MY eyebrows my whole life. The fact that she didn't even own up and apologize is my issue and try to rectify the problem. Should've paid but they would've called security and made it seem like I was the problem. Won't be back. Call me self trying a new place, lesson learned...."

"My eyebrows were done completely uneven, she waxed half of one eyebrow off and left a hole in one. She cut too much off the top and was trying to have me leave w left over wax still on my face. When I told her I didn’t like it, she said well it’s wax… I have gotten my eyebrows waxed for 25 years and it’s never looked like this. Plus you offer waxing, it’s a service. Trying to blame it on me because you’re horrible at your job. Don’t go here."
