Reviews
"I am disappointed with the quality of the dining hall and the services they offer us. I am surprised that they review so well on google. I think it might be because the dining services amp up the food quality whenever a lot of tours are expected on campus, but I am not sure. Anyways, I have been sick all weekend, and I am starving because I haven't been able to eat much. I checked the menu for the Zone (I have dietary restrictions) and... It's plain boiled turkey slices for the second time in the past week or so. I swear, there is no option for sauce or anything to put on these. They taste gross. We often get served food that is either very plain or just unappetizing at the Zone. Food at the other stations seems to look stale or runny sometimes too, but at least those folks get more rotations. Anyways, I hope that the Zone gets more menu items at some point and that the food at Phelps and Cook hall improves in quality overall. And if you are a visitor passing through, especially if you were with a group, just know that what you ate probably wasn't an accurate representation of the food at Hope College. They played it up for you."
"Always a pleasure. Always great variety. They have all-you-can-eat food in many different varieties, including an international section and an allergy-safe area. Menus change daily."
