"Daughter had been coming to Motown cutz for salon services for over 4 years plus for simple wash and blow dry and last visit was after double knee surgery explained to hair tech that she had a lot of buildup because she was recovering and wanted to get a deep conditioning and blowing long behold a nightmare occur my daughter had long thick hair in the middle of her back never had any chemicals or anything she has competed in competition and won awards for her hair and this hair tech was multitasking this particular day and in the midst of washing her hair instead of putting conditioner on her hair she poured and unknown chemical into my daughter hair brought in for another customer whatever the chemical was it instantly made my daughter hair limp and stringy and he her hair started to fall out within a week after services and had an chemical smell every time she would shower or swim returned to hair tech and her remedy was to neutralize the hair with shampoo and admitted to her error but it was to late my daughter went from beautiful natural black thick long hair to dam near bald and the only thing the haitech could say is sorry and I will wash it for a year and you need to keep it in a protective style my child hasn't ever had to wear anything but her own hair my daughter was afraid to even let her wash her hair again let alone go to another shop to this day my daughter still suffers from her careless actions the texture of her hair has changed and has hasnt grown back yet scalp is sensitive to any product. nor has she competed since this traumatizing visit. I have documented this this chemical assault since day one Still no accountability"
