"The young lady registered me quickly service was quick and they did a good job as I haven't had a hair cut in 3 months it now looks good"

"There was a gentleman and an older lady with dark lip liner. The lady did not want to be there. She was not nice. She made a comment loud so everyone could hear her, “nobody had anything else better to do, so you come to get hair cuts”. I’m sorry but isn’t this your job if you don’t like it, move on! She didn’t check me in and I waited about an hour!!!!!!! She was not apologetic and took someone else knowing I was there first and waiting. Then there was a lady at the counter trying to check in didn’t understand what she was asking for because she was so blunt and rude. The whole time I was there she CONTINUED to be rude and make comments which was an hour and a half, even though I was the third person in since that just had opened. The lady said she was a manager!!!!!! This is unacceptable behavior you are in customer service, act like it! I would never do this to someone and Great Clips you should be ashamed to have hired someone like this. The other employees are probably suffering too! I am extremely disappointed!"

"Although Chris was very nice, my haircut wasn’t. She had a very hard time cutting my curly hair. She said “It should be good now”, after attempting to fix it while I was still there. I asked if that meant when I straightened it, the lengths on both sides would be symmetrical. She reassured me they would be. They were not. One side is clearly almost an inch longer than the other. This is very upsetting because I put my trust in her to deliver a simple trim with long layers. I will not recommend this establishment, nor will I return."
