"Lubna the eyebrow lady is by far the most unreliable person ever. She schedules appointments with her customers and then doesn’t show up and turns off her cell phone at the last minute instead of even having the least respect to let them know she is not coming. She also keeps increasing prices and her brows started at $15 and she kept adding $5 every time I came back and now she charges $35 for eyebrows and $15 upper lip but these prices apply only to people she selects or thinks are fools! You’re better off going to Ulta and getting both eyebrows and lip done for $35 total! Also if your planning to go to an event the next day then good luck because she will not show up at the schedule appointment and you will be looking worse than expected"

"Two months of going here, and my lashes are now completely damaged! She will ask you to leave reviews because her clients don’t stay! Yes they look nice but she’s piling too many onto your lashes and they will break away!"

"Update; went to a new technician and she said this Luna tech basically had glued lashes together and piled them on my lashes and from the heaviness broke away my real lashes! So I have gaps in my real lashes ! DO NOT GO HERE. You’ll waste your money. Her lash extensions only last 7 days. She will start upping the price the more you go. And the fill ins will never look the same."

I got lash extensions and brow threading and it was painless, quick and affordable! I asked for Hybrid Style lashes and I will say that next time I will try Classic Style instead. The Hybrid is a little more dramatic for what I want but I am not complaining because the quality of these Hybrids are AMAZING for someone looking for thick, long, dark and dramatic lashes.
