"I went into Ulta to purchase some makeup and perfume but I walked out after the older white woman didn't even acknowledge my presence she went out of the way to help other women who didn't look like me. I went to Macy's in the mall instead and received excellent customer service. Even though the rep was busy she still acknowledged I was there, and I spent a nice sum of money at Macy's."

"Today I came in looking for a lipstick that I had gotten a sample of. The only thing I knew was the name of the color. I had the brand totally wrong and wasn’t sure if it was a gloss/creme/matte. Despite the fact that I had almost no information, a wonderful associate figured it out so it could be ordered for me. This is exactly why I come here. Everyone is always so helpful!"
