"Based on the recommendation of a friend my son easily made an appointment online. They only charged his card a little over $1 to save his spot. CIA the barber did an excellent job giving him a haircut and cornrow braiding the top of his head!! She is also personable with a great attitude. Any questions you have up front she answers politely as I called a couple of times before the appointment to verify things. Highly recommend this barber shop."
"Let me start off by saying that the first time I got my hair cut here the service and cut I experienced was excellent. The second experience, however, I scheduled an appointment via the styleseat app and the app glitched and wasn't showing the initial appointment I had set. I tried calling to verify whether the barber still had me on schedule for a cut but no answer so I drove down the street just to ask. When I got there, I asked if she still had me scheduled for a cut and she said "no" but she had a cancellation so I thought that meant she was free to cut my hair. It wasn't until the guy barber started mean-mugging me that I was informed that I would have to reschedule via the styleseat app--which I completely understood but don't try to belittle me for your lacking the ability to express your thoughts in a cohesive manner. I think he's just salty that everyone requests the girl for haircuts. Anyway, I apologized on the spot twice for the misunderstanding, and I just got the vibe that they were judging me. Needless to say I won't be spending my money here anymore. It's such a shame too, because the lady really has a gift for cutting hair."
