"I purchased 3 bacon chicken sandwiches after I waited 20 minutes for my food they had bacon but only 1 PC. so I called them and the manager said if I drove all the way back he would give me the bacon what a laugh don't go here they have screwed me a dozen times over the years, never again"

"Cold meat, bread was supposed to be toasted for my Ruben but it was not and it was soggy. Asks them to toast it, and the employee argued with me and said she did toast it. She refused to make a new one after she microwaved it. It was nasty. Fries were terrible. Go to a different Arby's, trust me. This location needs to be shut down and Management need to be evaluated if not fired."

"Horrible service and food quality. Sat at the order screen in the drive thru for probably at least 5 minutes in silence before someone came on to take our order with only one car in front of us. Probably a total of 25-30 mins of sitting and waiting. Not to mention the lobby was closed before it should’ve been but the door was unlocked. Workers had all the cash out to count, lucky i wasn’t trying to rob them lol. When they finally took my order, the worker was rude and kept cutting me off while trying to specify my order and just kept saying “and what to drink??” like i was an inconvenience. Finally got my food, fries were cold and burnt to a crisp and my drink is literally full to to top with ice and completely watered down, i couldn’t even get my straw in because it’s all ice. You’d think with how ridiculous the prices are, the food and service would be better, but apparently not. Now I remember why I don’t come here, haven’t been here in months but it was one of the only things open late. I won’t be back."
