"The food was good here, but the cashier was extremely unfriendly. Not your typical experience with this place. The inside of the restaurant was very dirty. The floor was a mess and the tables were dirty. There was even a girl sweeping the floor and I couldn't tell what she swept up."

"Our experience the past couple times at this chick fil a have not been great. It’s extremely crowded. Which is understandable because their food is so good! However, we have waited over a half an hour in line just to order our food. And then waited 20 minuets for our food to come out to us. This is a mess. This is not fast food. This time my friend and I sat down at a table and ordered off our phones. We got our food slightly faster but the order line is such a mess. People are leaving because the line isn’t moving. We prefer the one over in South Bend. Their staff is much nicer and they do a great job of getting large amounts of people through the line!"
