"The check in process is terrible. I went through the process and arrived for my scheduled slot and another customer told the stylist that they had requested her for his appointment. I was next in line and she took him first. I was on my lunch trying to squeeze in a haircut and ended up leaving because I would have been late getting back after the cut in line. I won’t be back."

"Great first time experience. Jessie does an awesome job. That face wrap, wash, and massage are to die for. I'll definitely be back. It's a great system to keep track of your cuts, you won't have to explain to another stylist, per chance you get a different one every time, so you don't have to keep explaining how you want it!"

"Tried to walk in, sign on the door says by appointment only. Looked at the website, no way to make an appointment. Called the location. No appointments for rest of day and they only do same day appointments. They are open 9-6, I work 9-5. So I guess those of us with 9-5 jobs just can't go to Sport Clips."

"This place has gone down hill since after the pandemic. Half the time the AC doesn’t work making it hot as hell. Wait times are unreasonable. No stylists are left working here because they don’t pay the stylists fair wages. Long wait times are the result of short staffing because no one can afford to work for such low wages. Pay/treat your staff better then maybe they will stay and wait times can get better Until then I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"Got on waitlist at 10:30 a.m. Went at 2 like website suggested. Waited 40 minutes. Left because I couldn't wait another hour at least. They seem to be down to two stylists per any given shift. Until they hire more you need to be either extremely lucky or extremely patient."
