"Jasmine hooked me up. She was very friendly. She washed and retwisted my dreads and made me fall in love with them again. My dreads needed a lot of work, because of my negligence over the years but she got them back together. She has gained a loyal customer because I am very picky with my hair and she was great. I recommend booking an appointment to see her. Her prices are very reasonable and I have long dreads. See you again soon Jasmine. 5 stars."

"I came here for two strand twists after a friend recommended this salon. Scheduling was very straightforward and easy. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. Appointment was for 2.5 - 3 hours and ended up taking almost 5.This was ok -- I do have thick hair. Salon atmosphere is nice and the stylists were all friendly. Unfortunately, the twists did not last. I do not think they were sealed properly and the hair started unraveling the next day. The stylist didn't anchor the hair properly and twists starting falling out the next day. It was also very apparent in some twists where my hair ended and the extension started. I had the twists in for a week until I finally gave up and took my hair down. I did want to give the salon a chance to make it right and reached out with photos via email, phone, and Instagram DM to see if I could either get a refund (full or partial) or a redo. I never heard back. Perhaps I got a very inexperienced stylist, but the customer service and lack of quality left a poor taste in my mouth."

"Disappointed…. I went in for a wash deep condition and blow dry. 2 hrs later, I left with just a wash and all conditioner still in my hair. When I booked the appointment I shared I only had a 2 hour window. I went into my appointment with my hair already detangled…. When I got out of the wash bowl my hair looked and felt like a rats nest I had knots the size of dimes mid shaft as well as the roots, it took Myself along with 2 others to detangle my hair, as the two others detangling I could feel and hear my hair ripping as they were trying to separate and section off pieces, to add insult to injury the the knots and tangles were blamed on me possibly nursing or needing a professional trim since I trim my own hair…. I take care of my own hair, I had hoped to go in for some pampering while I could relax and have my hair washed by someone else. I was then told I owed $80 dollars then corrected with $75 to then say $65…. Unfortunately I still left in need of having to wash out the conditioner as well as blow dry. So much for a relaxing pampering moment. I was also told I need some spiritual readings… the whole experience was underwhelming. I’ll stop here. Shalom."
