"Two of the girl in the register was so rude wouldn’t let me return the pair Jean that I bought less than 30 days ago . Never wore them one time . It was too large . I asked for an exchange and she said no . even though I have a detached tags just pull it to try on . The dirty blonde hair girl told me I have to have an attach on it . Then I went to loft the store that I love to buy a lot of stuff from them . The lady of that store noticed that I was little bit upset so I told her what happened. She literally said I can put that back for you just take 5 second. Came back to express with same pair , TAG On and everything but she won’t let me return it . Horrible customer services no wonder you guy are out of business. I would never step my foot in there again. All of the qualify went down hill and rips within 1 washed . You girls should ashamed to yourself to treat a returning customers that way . They are seam to hate their job and looks unwelcome.it’s not about the money it’s about act kindness which is not very many people out there . Very disappointed."

"Very disappointed!! Found the same shirt online cheaper and they wouldn’t price match… called lakeside mall and said they were able to do that. But I was at that location already and I had new born baby with me. I don’t understand why one location makes up one policy and the other does something different. The cashier asked the manager and the manager didn’t even care. Not going to that location anymore……"
