"I've shopped at WHBM locations all over the country. Yesterday I decided to check out this location to buy the new red trench coat. I was not able to reach the coats because they were too high up. Every single sales person completely ignored me while I was trying to find help. I decided to get into line and patiently waited my turn to ask for help. The rude lady at the counter never even acknowledged that I was standing there and tried to take the lady behind me (whom also was ONLY waiting to ask a question). The lady behind me told her I had been waiting patiently for quite a while. This seemed to further annoy her and she copped an attitude when I asked about sizing for the coat and if I could have help getting them off the wall. She also literally laughed in my face when I asked if they had it petite in the store. It became clear that she was not going to help me try to find the correct size and that frankly I didn't want to spend my hard earned money in this store. I had fully intended to purchase this $200+ jacket yesterday. Instead I left empty handed and will never shop at this location again... Today I went to the Somerset location where they happily helped me find the correct size jacket. It's worth the drive to Somerset."
