"Just had the best customer service experience with two employees at this store! I had ordered a candle online that was shipped with packing tape wrapped around it. It left that typical residue that I couldn’t remove no matter what I tried. When the first employee needed assistance, she didn’t hesitate to get her manager. The manager made the exchange quick and easy and was very apologetic for the issue (even though we knew she wasn’t personally responsible). She also gave positive feedback to her employee in asking for help. Great team! Thank you for keeping things kind in a tough world and a busy season."

"This store needs a serious training session (multiple) on how to work in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. They need to learn to: 1. Greet when I customer walks in. 2. Keep personal conversations to a minimum and also know how to use an INDOOR voice. 3. Offer assistance instead of standing behind the cash wrap like a mannequin. Company needs to have a conversation with Ashley (which is a name I overheard as a staff member screamed when she walked in) and teach her proper etiquette when working in a retail environment. Would give zero stars if possible."
